Roswell High School is located 18 miles north of Atlanta in Fulton County. Our school is proud of its rigorous academics, competitive athletics, extensive fine arts, innovative STEM offerings and a robust career and technical education department. Roswell has been consistently recognized as one of Georgia’s top academic schools. With more than twenty AP courses offered, the school’s Advanced Placement Program is rated as one of the best in the country. As the fourth largest school system in Georgia, and the largest charter district, Fulton has more than 13,000 full-time employees, including more than 6,800 teachers and other certified personnel, who work in 100 schools and 14 administrative and support buildings. During the 2011-12 school year, approximately 93,000 students will attend classes in 58 elementary schools, 19 middle schools, 16 high schools (includes two open campus high schools) and 7 charter organizations (some charters have multiple campuses but are considered one school).
