Good morning Roswell High School…. JUST 3 days until the Hour of Code on Friday! Here are a few fun facts to think about;
Did you know? The first ever hard drive was made in 1979, and could only hold about 5 megabytes. That’s not even enough to store 3 minutes of music!
Did you know? The first computer hard drive to store just 1 gigabyte of data weighed about 550 pounds and cost over $40,000.
See you on Friday for HOUR OF CODE!

The Roswell High School Science and Engineering Fair was held on Friday, January 10th in the media center. Congratulations to Susannah Stonebraker and Brianna Borhman who won first place with their project titled “Watering with Air: A New Frontier”. In second place was Davis Daniell with his project on “The Efficacy of Green Cleaners” and in third place were Harrison Burns, Nova Koyuncu, and Kaya Koyuncu with their project “Fertilizers vs. Slime Molds” These projects along with 4 honorable mention projects will represent Roswell High School at the Fulton County Regional Science and Engineering Fair on February 8th. We wish all projects good luck.

Speaking of the HOUR OF CODE: We still need a dozen volunteers to facilitate a home room hour of code session this Friday! Please help us out! You’ll earn 2 service hours if you need them! Last Hour of code training sessions are this week during all lunches in Mr Lee’s room, G125.

Spring semester can be stressful, so don’t let it get the best of you. Go to the HUB this Wednesday during B or C study hall, and meditate your stress away. You’ll be amazed at the difference 25 minutes can make!
