Are you interested in running, jumping or throwing for your school? Join the Roswell Track & Field Team! The season officially starts January 13th, however there will be an informational meeting for athletes and parents on November 4th at 6pm in the Media Center. Can’t make the meeting, see Coach Feilen anytime in room H102 for workouts and optional conditioning practice dates.

Any boys interested in playing on the Roswell tennis team should meet in Coach Bryan’s Room, E-108, Tuesday October 29, at 3:40 p.m. This will be a brief informational meeting.

Are you interested in a starting your career right after high school? Join us to learn about apprenticeship opportunities this Friday morning. Parents and students in all grades are invited. Ask for details in Student Services.

Tickets for Friday night’s varsity football game vs. Walton will be on sale during all lunches on Friday. Students can purchase one ticket at a reduced cost of $5 during that time. Additional tickets can also be purchased for $8. Get your tickets early to save time in lines and to save some cash!

Congratulations to Ms. Damron for being selected as the Roswell Football Teacher of the Week for this week’s region game against Walton High School. Thank you, Ms. Damron for all you do for Roswell High School.

Just a friendly reminder to take care of yourselves! Don’t forget that RHS offers meditation every Wednesday in the HUB during B and C lunches and study halls. It’s a great way to give yourself the break you need.

National Art Honor Society meetings will now be held after school on Tuesday’s until 4:30 in art room A110. Please see Mrs. Knowles for more information.

Tickets for this year’s Chorus Variety Show: The Disney Show, are now available at rhsdisney.com or from any chorus student. You don’t want to miss this Disney spectacular! Tickets are 7.00 in advance and 10.00 at the door. November 1-2 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

The Lady Hornets basketball team is looking for young ladies to be manager or the 2019-2020 basketball season. If you are interested, you will need to meet Coach Wade and Coach Hoza in the gym on Wednesday, October 23rd at 4:00 pm.
