Do you want to go on a once-in-a-lifetime international STEM travel experience during Summer 2020 to England and France? Please come to our meeting to hear all the details including the destination, itinerary, and cost of this trip. This meeting will be held on Thursday, September 26th at 6:00PM in Ms. Kolodziej’s room, G104! See you there!

The School Store will be open this Thursday and Friday during all lunches. Grab some spirit wear and be ready for the Milton game!!

Congratulations to Mr. Pham for being selected as the Roswell Football Teacher of the Week for this week’s game against Milton High School. Thank you, Mr. Pham for all you do for Roswell High School.

Come play Frisbee! If you are interested in playing frisbee with the Ultimate Frisbee club, meet us after school today on the band practice field at the front of the school! We meet EVERY Wednesday after school to play!

Today is the day for refunds for patrons who attended the Roswell vs. West Forsyth Varsity Football game on Friday, September 13, 2019, which was canceled due to inclement weather. If you have your ticket stub, students and parents are asked to visit the school on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 11:30 am -1:30 pm and 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm to receive a refund. The refund location is the atrium in the front of the school. Students may come to the atrium during their scheduled lunch time. The school cannot issue a refund unless the person is in possession of the ticket stub.

Hey Hornet Fans! Don’t forget that this week’s football game is against Milton, so it’s a BLACK OUT! Come to school Friday decked out in black attire and then come to the game as we black out the Eagles!

Attention seniors who participated in BOTH the set-up and take-down of Project 9/11: In order to receive your honor cord, please go online to the Roswell High School website, scroll to the OSP (online school payment) and find Project 911 Honor Cords to pay your $10. Then, bring your receipt and your attendance verification sheet to Mrs. Boyd before school in F114 by October 1st.

We still have students who have not yet picked up their all athletic season pass. Please come by the front office ASAP to get your pass.

Come out and see Roswell Theatre Company’s Fall Cabaret Showcase, “A Night at The Movies” on Thursday September 19th at 7 pm. Get ready to be entertained with songs from your favorite movies and movie musicals including, Beetlejuice, The Muppet Movie, Footloose, Hairspray, and many more. Cost of admission is $5 for General Admission.

Let your voice be heard! If you will be 18 by November 5th, make sure you are registered to vote! Thursday, September 19 come to the atrium during lunch or study hall to register to vote and check out voting equipment.

We have two picture retake days for students in grades 9 through 11. On September 25th and October 9th students can visit the atrium during their lunch to retake their photo.

Any Roswell boys interested in playing in the Boys Volleyball tournament on Thursday, September 19th should stop by the Student Services office to see Coach Kirk between Monday and Wednesday to sign up. Each player must have a parent signed waiver to compete.

Don’t let the stress of the school year get to you! Stop by the HUB on Wednesday during B or C lunch/study hall and meditate! Those 25 minutes of relaxation can make a big difference.

Attention Students! The Roswell High School Black Student Union is back! We will have our first meeting on Wednesday, September 18th at 7:45 in room AA21. We will discuss the upcoming year and also be prepared to collect dues. Senior dues are $30 and non senior dues are $20. We hope to see you all there!

Are you interested in Korean music and culture? Visit K-Club on Wednesdays in Room H109 to discuss pop culture, participate in contests, learn dances and more! We hope to share a 15 – 30 second performance on the Buzz soon.

The Powder Puff Tournament will be October 2nd this year at 6:30 pm! Pick up a waiver and access the QR code outside E104 or D112. Only the first 25 girls of each grade level will be able to play. To register, you MUST turn in your waiver AND a purchase receipt for the Tshirt. Sophomores and Juniors, turn in your forms to Ms. Allegood in E104; Freshmen and Seniors, turn in your forms to Ms. Gaffigan in D112. The deadline to turn in forms is September 23rd!
