Beginning with the 2019-2020 school year, the School Governance Council has approved the adoption of the Universal Fitness Waiver. One of the biggest changes is that students must successfully complete 2 seasons of a GHSA sanctioned sport or marching band to waive Personal Fitness. The new waiver guidelines will not allow students to use prior years activities to meet the requirement. Students eligible for a personal fitness waiver
under the current waiver guidelines are strongly encouraged to submit their Personal Fitness Waiver form to Student Services by May 23, 2019 to take advantage of the current waiver requirements.

JROTC Cadets, the cadet ball tickets are on sale. Purchase your tickets soon. You can now pay online, see your instructor to find out how.

Seniors, It is time to start thinking about diplomas! Please check the spelling of your name on the list posted outside of Student Services. If there is an error, let Ms. Townsend in Student Service know ASAP. This list will be up through 2/22/19.

Want to make someone smile on Valentine’s Day? The VOX team will be selling our annual BAE Grams before school and during lunches from February 1st-14th. You can also buy one directly from a VOX member. Write a secret message to your bae, friend, coach, teacher, or just someone who you want to make smile, and we’ll pair it with a carnation. They are only $2! We’ll deliver the bae grams to the recipient on Valentine’s Day!

There will be a volleyball interest meeting in room E103 on Wednesday, February 13th at 8:00 AM for any players interested in participating during the 2019 season.

Students, if you are interested in Dual Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year, please stop by Student Services to pick up the checklist with required steps for enrollment. There are time sensitive deadlines so please pick up the checklist soon. See your counselor if you have any questions.

Attention Seniors: If you have NOT paid your class dues, it is time to order your cap and gown. Go to GA(pronounce initials) to order. The cost is $70. The deadline is February 28.
