Announcement 12/17/18

If you are not planning on returning to Roswell High School next semester due to moving or changing schools, please see Ms. Townsend in StudentServices to get information on withdrawing.

Some reminders about the last week of first semester:
The last day for the sweep bus is Monday, December 17
There are no after school activities during final exam week
If you are exempting an exam you do not need to be at school
During exam days, school dismisses at 12:30 p.m. Students are expected to leave campus. Buses will roll ASAP and students who are waiting on a ride are asked to do so in the atrium
The cafeteria will have a “Grab and Go” lunch available during dismissal

Any student interested in participating in the TI/Mentorship program in the spring semester must turn in the appropriate paperwork before the end of the fall semester to Ms. Grant’s room, E115

Attention Seniors:
All transcript requests in Parchment will be processed by the end of the day on Thursday, December 20. After the school closes for winter break, we will not process transcripts again until after semester 1 grades are loaded in January. This means if you have an early January deadline (including January 1), you need to make sure your request is in before the break so your transcript is sent on time.

There will be a Gymnastics Parents meeting Tuesday December 18th at 6:30 pm in Coach Whitworth’s Room.

RHS Student Athletes, if you completed participation in a GHSA fall sport and want to apply for the personal fitness waiver, forms are available in Student
Services. The deadline for applying for the waiver for Fall 2018 is Thursday, December 20.

Congratulations to the wrestling team for their 2nd place finish this weekend at the Fulton County Championships at Milton. The Hornets were lead by our
5 county champions: Joe Sci, Dawson Winters, David Cartier, Steven Copeland and Matthew Copeland. Come support the team this Wednesday as they
take on Chattahoochee and Washington Wilkes at 5pm.
