Roswell’s Boys Soccer program will be holding an informational parent meeting on December 4th at 7:00pm in the Cafeteria. If you are interested in trying out for either the JV or Varsity soccer team, please make sure you and a parent attend this meeting. 

This week’s college visits include KSU, Presbyterian College, Georgia Gwinnett, the University of Alabama Birmingham, High Point, the University of Chicago and the University of Kentucky. Sign up is outside Student Services.

Next Week is Homecoming Hornets!!! Our theme for this year is Disney. Dress up days are as follows: Tuesday is fairytales day, Wednesday is vintage Disney day, Thursday is Pixar day, and Friday is villains day. We are looking forward to decking out the halls, our homecoming pep rally, game, and dance and Saturday night. The dance “when you wish upon a star“ will be held Saturday night from 8 to 11 here at Roswell. Tickets will be on sale during all lunches next week for $25 if you have paid class dues and $30 if you have not. Guest forms are available in the front office if you’d like to bring someone from another school. 

Did you miss the first RHS Girls Basketball interest meeting? Then Listen closely! RHS Girls Basketball will be having a meeting on October 2 at 8:00 am or 3:45 am, for any female students interested in playing basketball for the 2018-2019 season. We will be giving out important information that you will need in order to try out. See you then and Go Hornets! 

The Beta Club is accepting applications from Monday September 24th through Wednesday October 10th for students in 10th grade or higher. Beta Club is a national honor society. Students will complete community service hours, and must have an 88.0 or higher numeric average to apply. See flyer in Student Services or outside of Ms. Kennedy’s room (G101) for the QR code to the application. 

PSAT is coming next week! Make sure you have 2 number 2 pencils and your calculator next Wednesday! 

Today is Balfour Letter Jacket & Class Ring Order – Makeup Day. A Balfour representative will be available in the Atrium during all lunches. 

Retakes for underclassmen are today during all lunches in the atrium. 

Attention Students – Tomorrow is PSAT Day! Make sure that you bring two #2 pencils and a calculator for testing. Please be in your Advisement room by 8:20. 

Attention School Day SAT Seniors – Please check with the AP Office today for your testing classroom tomorrow. Please be in your testing room by 8:20 and bring two #2 pencils and a calculator for testing. ​
